Amazing location! Very clean and tidy. Had a washing machine. Nice little terrace roof area. Raquel was a perfect host….met us there and explained everything and gave us so many great tips about the area and also visiting Porto. Just loved it.

"This home exceeded our expectations- wish we could have had more time there"

The location was amazing. 2 minutes from the beach and a wide selection of really good restaurants. The property itself was really comfortable. It also has a really large roof terrace (shared with one other house). The beach is amazing- great for swimming and long walks. It is about a 25 minute taxi trip into Porto - there is also a train but we didn’t use it. Raquel is a fabulous host - extremely helpful and so responsive to any queries we had. Will definitely be back

"Host plus location made this a memorable stay!"

Both location and host, Raquel, are fantastic. She greeted us warmly and every interaction made us feel welcome in her rental and the area. We encountered a big storm system but were very cozy in the cottage -- then steps from the boardwalk and necessities when the weather was more favorable! The clean, simple, well-stocked cottage was a great value but Raquel's friendliness and help in customizing recommendations etc made this stay special! We drove and parked on the street in front (November / quieter time) but the train station is very nearby.

"A wonderful location on the beach, with lots to do nearby, lovely restaurants and a kind host."

The host, Raquel was so kind and hospitable - she arranged bikes for us and a taxi to the airport, as well as a pass to the aquarium next door. The house has lots of games and also a roof terrace overlooking the sea. The location is excellent - on the beach and within minutes of some lovely restaurants. There is a 15km boardwalk and cycle path. There is a salt water swimming pool close by. There's a little supermarket if you want to cook and a local bakery. The train station is 5 mins walk for trips to Porto and further afield.
