"Very Good"

7.0

It suited our requirements for number of beds which were fairly comfortable.

The kitchenette was tiny and difficult to get to everything. There were lightbulbs missing in the lounge. The beige curtains made the whole place feel very dark - I tied them back in the end.

"Lovely little village stay. Highly recommended."

10.0

A lovely place in a nice quiet area. The horses across the road were a delight in the mornings neighing and running around . The Old Chapel buildings are beautiful and it is a nice place to relax while traveling on business. Lovely local pub the Queens Head (no kitchen however). The locals are friendly and enjoy a good chat about the village and it's history. Nice local brews on tap. There is also a local gent with a apple orchard just down the road you are welcome to pick from when in season. Huge, crunchy, and delicious! If I'm back in the area I will absolutely book again. It is worth the 15 min drive to Leighton Buzzard if you have business there.

No food available in the village. You'll need to drive a short way to get something.

Amazing location, very quaint, beds extremely comfortable, looks of games and books.

No enough hot water to all have a hot shower for four people first two was hot 3rd person warm 4th person lukewarm/cold, parking a little tight. But all in all would stay again

"Clean, comfortable and private. Comfortable beds and a cosy atmosphere. Would stay here again."

8.0

Quaint little village with good access to the rugby club where we were attending a motorbike rally. Being able to sit out on the decking for breakfast in the morning was nice too.

The use of What3Words https://what3words.com/mentions.states.juicy would make finding the location easier.

"Superb"

Loved the local area, close to walking trail and sunset was lovely in the evening. We ate 'Al fresco' in the evenings and the outdoor area was comfortable and private enough. The property itself has a lovely quirky charm and I appreciated the architecture. Would definitely stay again.

I didn't like that when I wanted to stay again it was booked-up :)

"Peaceful stay in a large space, some small adjustments would improve this stay. Hosts were quick to respond to questions"

6.0

Good location and plenty of space throughout the property.

Shower wasn’t particularly great and for a family stay the wifi was not good (recognise and understand the rural location and the lack of options and speed available) but as a modern family wanting to use internet for work and leisure it was problematic.
