"Nice house in lovely location but needs a bit of TLC"

Beautiful location , very well equipped , lady who did the meet and greet was very good and helpful

Some areas of property are very tired looking, pool area very run down and sun beds very old. On arrival the pool was very green but after a phone call it was sorted the next day. Air conditioning doesn’t work at all in the conservatory.

Emplacement idéal à seulement 25min de Málaga, des prestations au top dans la villa en terme d’équipement. Une adresse à retenir absolument!

Beaucoup de chiens qui aboient sans cesse dans les environs mais qui n’empêche pas de profiter de la villa

Le climatiseur central comme une douche l'évacuation de l'eau dela climatiseur dans le toit de douche danc tu as deux possibilités soit de supporter les gouttes sans arrêter soit tu supporte la chaleur

We rented the house for a month and we had a great stay. The house is located a short drive from Alhaurin el Grande. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is in a quiet area, but bear in mind that in rural Spain there are a lot of dogs, so you will hear them. Parking inside the gate. The beds in the master bedroom were very comfortable. In total there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The shower had good water pressure. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved the outside area and bbq. The owners live next door and were always available for questions.

It didn´t bother us, but it is good to know that there is a small apartment next to the house, in the same grounds, that is also sometimes rented out. A reading lamp in the conservatory and living room would be nice.
