"Perfect for our needs, reasonable price - will book again."

Handy to town though the Google Maps app got itself confused about location - that is not the fault of property owners. Very comfortable beds.

No complaints - however, window latch in toilet and also near dining table need tightening up.

Easy access, close to city, cosy and homely. All amenities in place.

The HRV going during the night. Not use to the constant humming. Wasnt sure how to turn off.

Had everything we needed, and was clean and tidy. Location was good, easy walk to food places. Would definitely stay again.

Driveway is narrow so for a bigger wide car was hard to back down.

The house is lovely, modern, fresh and clean. With so much extras to make it so much easier. ie milk, coffee and tea facilities. Great location. Would absolutely recommend and would come back again.

We had a very pleasant stay in Haven on Carroll. The house is well presented and offers everything you could possibly need for a couple of days. Location is super. Only down points were the quality of the mattresses and the bathroom sink that was completely clogged up on arrival (easily fixed). Can recommend and would stay again.

Good location, quiet area which was ideal for my parents who are a bit older, washer and dryer was an added bonus.
