The location is great, super close to the lake, which made getting around really easy. The room was clean, cozy, and well-kept, so we felt right at home. The host was super friendly and gave us lots of useful tips and info. Overall, it was an awesome stay, and I’d definitely recommend it!

Very nice, spacious, clean, well-equipped place close to the center and the docks just facing the lake. Owner was also exceptionally helpful.

The owner of this property was amazing. He was helpful and kind and patient with us. The apartment is located right on the water and close to many great restaurants. The parking is safe and secure and close to the apartment.

If you are travelling in the summer, it is really hot and stuffy in the apartment because the air conditioning is located in a hall between the bedroom and kitchen/lounge. This means that doors have to be closed in order to cool specific areas of the rental.

Lovely clean apartment right on lake front. easy access to ferry and main town. great place to chill or as a base for lake Garda. also to get to Verona, Brescia etc The host/owner went out of his way to help us, and ensure we had a great stay. We will return.

Beautiful view, benches just outside overlooking the lake. Had morning coffee sat outside and admiring the views. Local shop just next door, but no noise heard from the flat at all. Flat is very modern and has everything you need for a longer stay: cooking utensils, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer etc. Michael was very nice and friendly, reached out in advance to show us how to find the flat and also provided some recommendations for local food. Location excellent, very close to the main town.

It's hard to find anything to critique.

The location was second-to-none. We were literally across the road from the lake. Plus there was a choice of park benches to sit on on the lake side of the road. On one side of the apartment, there was a mini-market; on the other it is flanked by a hotel, a restaurant/pizzeria and beside that, a very handy bar with excellent patisseries. In this minimalist- styled apartment, great attention is paid to technology. But the highlight is the host, Michele, who is comfortable communicating in either English or Italian. He is always on hand to answer any question, while his instructions for the house and his garage were top notch. One recommendation: if you choose to stay here, you would do well to use the garage, a nearby affair, because parking is a bit of an issue in this extremely popular town of Desenzano. Highly recommended!

It would be hard to complain about anything.

Very tidy, super modern and comfortable little apartment. Contact to the owner was very easy, so we arrived with all information needed. The stone beach is just across the road and the city center only a short walk away. The bed in the bedroom was very comfy.

The third bed in the kitchen/living room probably needs an upgrade and the outdoor lighting was shining through the shades illuminating the whole room all night. Air con & ventilator were needed but provided.
