"Superb"

The one-bedroom house is brand new and has super facilities. The pool is outstanding. The whole set-up is very luxurious. The location is excellent for easy access to lots of wonderful places in Tuscany/Umbria. Pietro, the owner, lives on site and is always ready with suggestions if required.

In such a wonderful place it may seem churlish to pick out a few negative points. However, these all concern confusing or misleading information provided either before arrival or in the on-site information. Firstly, Booking Com clearly mentions a washing machine. There are in fact two on site, but not available for your direct use, and we had to get the cleaning lady to do the washing for us as a favour. The on-site info states the house and sheets will be cleaned once during a week's stay . They weren't. Finally, the info mentions a jacuzzi and Turkish bath, but these are not currently available because of Covid fears. None of these detracted much from a wonderful week, but it would be nice to avoid confusion for other future guests.

Beautiful house with very well equipped kitchen, nice pool with landscape view, surrounder with olive trees. The host Peter was very kind. We enjoyed our stay very much.
