The Old Stables

It was like a home from home. The whole place felt like a real treat. We enjoyed being 15 mins from Bath, it meant we could visit the city but also explore the area.

The kettle was only big enough for one cup of tea...everything else was brilliant!

So well designed and proportioned. Very clean and tidy and well looked after Perfect kitchen, shower and bedroom Located in a lovely and peaceful setting

Great location, very peaceful, very handy for the two excellent pubs, great bathroom with a wonderful walk in shower, comfy living room furniture, effective blackout blinds at the windows, big comfy bed. Plenty of bowls, plates and glasses.

Needed more mugs, cutlery and coasters. A throw in the lounge would be good to snuggle under. The heating was very effective but randomly came on at night which wasn't needed. The Sky satellite signal often dropped out (but not unusual in the countryside).

Very well equipped, comfortable, clean and quiet. Thoughtful touches like the Christmas tree and mince pies.

Everything the cottage was well equipped and cozy. With a comfortable bed. The hosts were friendly and helpful. But not obtrusive. Even the rather bumpy track to get to the cottage was more of a talking point than an inconvenience. The surrounding countryside was beautiful

Nothing at all. A shower shelf would have been handy and perhaps a broom but I'm nit picking
