"Excellent location, disappointing cottage."

The position of property excellent, central to Ashby. Beds comfortable. Lots of space. Selection of books to read.

Needs a good clean everywhere, especially kitchen utensils. Sticky shelves in kitchen. Dinner mats dirty. Dusty blinds, windows need cleaning inside and out, dusty light fittings, sludge in bathroom sink plug hole. Door handles come off when using doors. Parking can be difficult. Rang owners while there, they listened to some of my comments. Didn't offer to come and see the problems while we were there, said they would go after we left, haven't heard from them.
