Komunikácia s Klaudiou (majiteľka alebo prevádzkárka?) bola od začiatku veľmi príjemná, dostali sme všetky informácie, ktoré sme pred pobytom potrebovali. Penzión sa nachádza v krátkej pešej vzdialenosti od zastávky tatranskej električky (max 5 minút). Lokalita je tichá, v budove sú potraviny aj pohostinstvo (nevyužili sme). Ocenili sme vkusne zariadený balkón s úžasným výhľadom na panorámu Vysokých Tatier. Napriek chladným jarným večerom sme ho využili na príjemné posedenie. Izba bola priestranná a čistá, k dispozícii boli toaletné potreby, fén na vlasy aj uteráky/posteľná bielizeň. Parkovacie miesta sú priamo pred vchodom. K dispozícii je spoločná kuchynka a spoločenská miestnosť, ktoré sme nevyužili.

Ubytovanie bolo jednoduché, s evidentne starším zariadením. Vzhľadom na lokalitu (asi 3 km pešo od Starého Smokovca), dostupné služby a vybavenie nám prišla cena privysoká. Check-in je možný až po 17:00, check-out do 10:00, čo bolo pre nás trošku málo flexibilné. Počas nášho pobytu bol na schodisku cítiť zápach z kanalizácie. Ubytovanie môže byť vhodné pre väčšiu skupinu ľudí, ktorí si rezervujú všetky 4 izby a majú tak v penzióne súkromie.
