Excellent location and friendly property owner

there is invertor incase of power failure instead of water bottle they provide water filter in your room

PARKING WAS A BIG PROBLEM. there were only 2 parking spots and one was barely fitting my vehicle. and they always asked us to park there only. saying that in the other parking spot a big car will come. The AC in the bedroom was not working when we arrived and they fixed the AC when we were inside which disturbed our time. there were multiple power failures and the main issue was the water will be stopped when there is no power. also the charging points will not be working the WIFI in the GF bedroom is very week and not working.

The house was clean which was my priority, good restaurants nearby, beach was at walking distance. all required utensils are available in kitchen if you wish to cook. spacious room and huge bed. My stay was pleasant. Good for family with kids.

We had a comfortable stay at this property. The property owner personally takes care of the comfort of the guests. The property is well maintained. A good place to stay for family members. Calangute/ condolium beaches are close to this property. We are satisfied with the overall experience. Thank you.
