Do terreno e da varanda e terraço. Dos detalhes como electrodomésticos, muitas toalhas de banho e uma cozinha funcional.

A cama do quarto interior podia ser mais confortável. Sugeria a troca dessa cama por um beliche para aumentar a area e facilitar o acesso à casa de banho. O sofá na sala podia olhar a janela e ser maior.
