Etwas ältere, kleinere Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss mit großer Terrasse und großem Garten. Küchenausstattung sehr zweckmäßig, Küche etwas muffig mit angebrochener Kekspackung etc. Garten wird regelmäßig bewässert, auch dadurch sehr viele Mücken und Wespen. Weißer Plastiktisch mit vier Stühlen auf Terrasse. Kinderzimmer mit kurzen Betten, zu groß dürfen die Kinder nicht sein. Lage ist okay: Aussicht von Terrasse auf verwilderten Garten nebenan, ca. 800 m zum Strand. Nächster Supermarkt ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto in Pula, nächste Restaurants ca. 1,5 km am anderen Ende des Strandes oder in Pula/Chia. Strand ist sehr schön als Hausstrand. Tolle Buchten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
