Classica e antica casa isolana su più livelli, munita di aria condizionata. Posizione eccellente nel centro di Ortigia.Terrazzo privato ideale per la cena all'aperto.

La porta di casa mostrava qualche problema quando si cercava di chiuderla dall'esterno. Numerosi gradini per raggiungere l'appartamento. In ogni caso problemi non sostanziali.

Very good location inside the historical part of the town but relatively quiet street. Great balcony.

Fantastic location. Loved the terrace. Good WiFi. Great value for money.

Hot water kettle would be useful and a coffee machine that takes modern style pods. Bedding wasn't the freshest smelling. More hangers would have been useful.

Great location, spacious, great terrace.

Perfect location, close to everything but still quite calm at night. The other reviews mention the stairs, there’s 40 of them and we did not mind them at all. Indeed a bit of a work-out to get your luggage up / down but for everyday use they are no problem :) Bed is very comfortable!

The appartement is a bit older, with some small signs that it might need a freshen-up soon. But everything is still working so no complaints.

The owners were very friendly, but we are not recommending this apartment to others. The owners live one level down, so there are issues with privacy, noise and the smell of cooking and trash. The stairs are also very difficult to maneuver especially when carrying luggage. And, the door to the apartment was extremely difficult to lock (we finally gave up). The television had no reception. There is only a slight view of the sea; otherwise, there is only a view of buildings and rooftops. This place also needs a thorough maintenance/repair (the bide nozzle falls off and shoots water all over the bathroom).

The stairs were a huge challenge, especially when carrying luggage. There were serious issues with privacy, noise, smell of food/trash, and security. No real view from the terrace to speak of. No laundry.

The location was perfect for getting around Artigia. The apartment had everything we needed and the roof terrace was beautiful. Lovely places to eat close by and we could swim in little bays also just a walk away. Boat trip to caves was beautiful too. Host was very helpful too.

Many stairs to climb to get in to the apartment .. but it did mean we got fit! TV didn't work well but the views from the terrace meant we didn't need to watch it anyway! Everything else was lovely.
