Peaceful location. Clean. Washing machine. Welcoming package. Nice host

- Coffee and washing machine, dishwasher presence, nice shower and a cool external swinging chair (it would have been perfect to have two of them to relax together at the same time) - Nicely decorated, with a modern taste (even thought it could have been studied and structured to narrate the island characteristics, but this is just our opinion)

- Location: not the best location on the island. Consider that if you came here for the whale/ dolphin tours they are on the other side of the island (1hr drive by car) - House: in general, it is ok, the modern style makes it hospitable. Some furniture is faulty, such as the toilet bowl and the toilet flush buttons. Windows are hard to open and some of the won’t open properly. Same thing goes for the bedside lamps which randomly start the “disco-effect”, projecting light intermediately, it was a little bit annoying. Details aren’t taken into account and we find it’s a pity because there is a missed opportunity to make the house more characteristic and let the guests live and feel a memorable experience (references to whale watching, island wines etc) - Services: unfortunately, as guests we haven’t felt a particular care dedicated to us. Basic stuff wasn’t provided, such as kitchen towels, shampoo, body gel, coffee machine capsules. We had to buy practically everything. It would be a good idea to leave a little breakfast basket so that the guests can have the first morning covered. We found ourselves to get up very early in the morning (to do a tour) and travel to the other part of the island without even drinking a coffee. We haven’t found useful the welcome pack provided (ham, cheese, water, bread, 1lt of milk) even though we appreciated the thought (we just think that buying very few things but of good quality is better than purchasing them by the supermarket). We know it’s not mandatory to have this type of attention but for the money we spent, we honestly expected more (especially considering that the position of the house it’s not near to touristic point of interests, so the price isn’t fully justified) - Cleaning: weakest part of the stay. The house was not cleaned well (shelves, windows, toilet sit and the kitchen needed more cleaning). Nothing catastrophic but certainly it isn’t pleasant.

The host was one of the best I ever met. Aurelié was really great, she made everything possible!! The location is quite but that is great, but you need a car. The cleaning could be a little better… I would definitely come back!!!

It was a very nice place to stay, everything was new and clean. The rooms were comfortably furnished, everything you need for a stay was there. In the fridge we find some local products to eat, which was a nice surprise. Check-in was easy!

The place was a bit far away from many places (Pico, Madalena, walking tours), but we knew this, when we booked it (maybe we underrated it a bit before)). But it is very nice area around, to stay there longer.
