Nalas Suites

The real Greece, lovely narrow streets tidy and clean. Chris and cleaning staff were first class. Definitely worth a visit.

The Place is super beautiful and unique. We loved to be there and Cris was amazing with the details and recommendations.

The host was very friendly and introduced us to the small town late at night. The suite is big, spacious and well equipped. We truly enjoyed the serenity and peacefulness in Emporio rather than the hustle and bustle in Oia.

Clean and decent, the staffs are also very friendly. It is an amazing stay.

Lack of utensils in the kitchen if you want to make meals at home.

Possibly one of the best locations in Emporio. Room was small but perfectly comfortable, bed very comfortable. Nice cool room with aircon and lovely shower area. Great view from the rooftop.

We were lucky that there were no other guests in adjacent properties as i feel this could feel like being overlooked or not as private as the photos are carefully selected to suggest. The display information picture in the property needed updating with checkout times, wifi code (didn't work) and obviously there was no breakfast. The 'hot tub' felt very ambient temperature wise. The water would have been nice a couple degrees warmer in the evening so we didn't use it out of sunshine hours. I know it's September but the potted plants on all the Nalas balconies had been neglected to die, non Nalas properties still had live plants in pots.

Lovely jacuzzi

It was a lovely place - the location was scenic and very much in line with what we expected Santorini towns to look like. Chris, our host, was amazing and very accommodating when we were not satisfied with the property and aimed to try his best to rectify the situation by transferring us to another room for another night.

The Cave that we stayed in whilst looked good on the face of it, did not live Up to standards in terms of the cleanliness of the shower room and bathroom. Unfortunately the shower was very mouldy and had blue limescale on the head and the smell when running the water was very pungent and really unpleasant. As stated above, Chris was amazing at trying to rectify the situation by getting it cleaned which unfortunately didn’t resolve the issue. He then moved us to another room for a night but wasn’t able to accommodate a full transfer due to other bookings. We decided on the last night to stay elsewhere at our own cost but cannot fault the owner for trying.

the property itself was beautiful, we all enjoyed the jacuzzi. the staff were so friendly and very helpful, often arranging transfers for us! the apartment was super clean and cleaned everyday by a lovely lady!

the location was a bit far out but the bus stop was only around the corner!
