Katarina is very friendly and helpful. The location of the house is excellent and quiet. The house is new, beautiful, comfortable and very tidy. We recommend this house!

It was our second stay at the property and it was equally delightful, accommodating not only four guests but also our furry companion "Simba". The exceptional experience was marked by the warm and supportive host, the charming house, and favorable weather conditions. This time, we ventured into skiing adventures, with the nearest ski slope parking in Jasna conveniently located just 20 minutes away by car. A fantastic trip filled with enjoyable moments!

It seems like the heating system at the property was a bit intricate and not entirely intuitive to control. Adjusting the temperature to a specific setting didn't consistently reflect the desired temperature on the thermostat. It required some experimentation to find the comfort zone, where even setting it to 18 degrees resulted in a comfortable temperature of approximately 19.5 degrees for all occupants.

During our recent trip, we had the pleasure of experiencing a multitude of positive aspects that truly enhanced our overall stay. One notable highlight was the serene and tranquil ambiance that permeated the surroundings, creating a peaceful atmosphere that allowed us to unwind and relax fully. The property's well-maintained and beautifully landscaped territory also left a lasting impression. The attention to detail in maintaining the grounds showcased the dedication of the owners to provide an aesthetically pleasing environment for guests to enjoy. Additionally, the presence of a new building added a touch of modernity and freshness to the establishment. The accommodations were pristine, showcasing the property's commitment to providing top-notch facilities for its guests. An unexpected delight during our stay was the presence of a convenient BBQ spot. This amenity allowed us to enjoy delicious grilled meals while basking in the picturesque surroundings. It truly added a delightful element of leisure and enjoyment to our trip. The host's hospitality was exemplary, as they warmly welcomed us and ensured that our needs were met throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist further contributed to the overall positive experience. So enjoyable was our time at the hotel that we made the spontaneous decision to extend our stay from the initially planned two nights to a more satisfying three nights. This extension was a testament to the exceptional experience we were having, and we were grateful for the flexibility and availability of the property.

While our overall experience at the property was extremely enjoyable, it is worth noting that one minor drawback was its distance from the city center. However, it is important to mention that the property's location was still conveniently close to both bus and railway stations.

Only one minus,that there is no washing mashine in the house.
