Great location for the area. Lots of nearby places to eat and drink. Very comfortable.

The location and facilities were great.

Clean, airy and great location to where we wanted to be. Well equipped with everything you need for a break away from home. As we were all adults enough room to get away from each other, and enough room to have a great time. Louise was really helpful and I'm sorry for the negative bits but these are just our thoughts. We will be back as it is so central and easy to access all of the peak district. Great value for money.

Toilet seats and thought the 2nd double was in the wrong room. Shower pressure when so many need showers. Dry mop needed for when wet, as kitchen/dining floor became dirty with wet boots.

Lots of parking. Excellently equipped with a lovely outdoor seating area. Very comfortable lounge. Great amount of space for two families sharing. Really liked the little touches like a welcome basket of snacks and the provision of dishwasher tablets. Bathrooms were brand new. Really great value property.

Bed with footboard in second bedroom not suitable for tall people. Or even medium people really.

The cottage was the perfect size for our party of eight. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and smart. The living space was just perfect, and we could all fit around the table. The kitchen was well kitted out with everything we needed, and it was all beautifully presented and in gorgeous surroundings. The location was excellent for walking in the Peaks. Nice and central.

Toaster needs to be bigger for size of house. Salt and pepper in cupboard I think for the price we paid we shouldn’t be expected to take all bedding off .. and have early check out .. check out should be later if having to do this as for a Sunday morning to leave I felt like I was at home and not on holiday with 5 beds to sort out , and the children and breakfast and pack etc …

Fabulous stay at the stables. Very spacious for a group of friends. The location was excellent with lovely walks direct from the property. There is plenty of parking and a pub across the road.
