"In volo sulla pianura verso il Conero."

Posizione molto panoramica con notevole vista sul Conero. Appartamento completo di tutto il necessario. Zona tranquilla. Tutto ordinato e pulito. Vicini silenziosi. Parcheggio molto comodo per trasbordo bagagli.

La strada di accesso fattibile, ma da percorrere con concentrazione.

Vista con terrazzo e giardino spettacolare ! La struttura è ottima per chi ha bambini. Leonardo è stato molto gentile ha metterci a disposizione anche una piscinetta per i bimbi. Pulizia e posizione dell appartamento ottima. In 10min sei in spiaggia. Posto parcheggio per la macchina disponibile . Leonardo è sempre stato disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Grazie! Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze.

Per arrivarci si passa una contrada non del tutto asfaltata.

"Very nice house with beautiful views on the sea and Surrounding hills."

Everything was available in the kitchen. Location is fine with a good view on the sea and surroundings.

A second easy chair for the garden would be nice. One of the key features of the house is the beautiful view; would be good to cut the green fence very often, in order to enjoy the view while sitting in the garden.
