Auffahrt zur Villa ist ein Kiesweg der sehr steil und lange ist. Hierfür wäre ein Allrad perfekt.

The downside is a very small hot water tank electrically heated so that 2 people one by one can not take a shower, it takes long time to heat the water for second. The cottage has a central heating system that does not work, but there is a pellet stove, which takes a lot of time to clean, it smells like smoke in the house and we had to buy pellets ourselves, although it should be in the standard of the house, after all the temperature dropped below 14 ° at night in May, when you come on vacation, the last thing you want to do such a work like a firing and take care of heating the house day and night.. There were a few failures that we had no water, but the host quickly removed it, unfortunately causing another failure in which the basements were completely flooded and again we had to call the host instead of going and exploring Tuscany. The pool was not heated and not cleaned even once during our visit so the leaves were at the bottom of the pool which didn't bother us because it was cold and we wouldn't have swimed anyway. A steep driveway along a narrow forest path rather for an off-road car, luckily we had one.
