The amenities are complete , reasonable price and near the downtown.

The floor, table, bathroom kitchen was very clean.

Water pressure was very low. The water from the shower was very slow that i had to use water from pail to rinse my soapy body. The air purifier filter was dirty, the aircond even worse. Its like a few years haven't clean their filter. The bathroom ceiling exhaust was very dirty and got a noisy mechanical sound. They might do a good job in regular cleaning their house but in terms of cleaning a filter in their aircond, air purifier and other maintenance they are so poor. They might said that this is not a fair review because i haven't said anything during our stay but eventually even if i told the host about this issue, there is nothing can be done at that moment. Let this be a reminder to the host to be more proactive in maintaining the house and not just do a regular cleaning. A standard hired cleaner wont do cleaning for all those filters unless being requested. About price i can find more than rm50 cheaper than this from fb.
