In general the holiday was great, location very handy for surf and night life, apartment big enough for 9 people, kitchen furnished enough, nice outdoor grill, handy box for the keys outside, ratio quality price optimal.

The fact that we couldn’t throw toilet paper in the toilet. And the complains. The owner complained twice about the noise we made in the evening. She was pretty rude, especially the second time. We were 9 people having dinner on the outdoor table, so of course it can get noisy easily. But there was music coming from las veronicas at all times, so we weren’t expecting that from 22 pm on we should have been silent completely. Of course we understand that also people not on holiday live there, but still. In addition the second time that a neighbor complained about us and then called the owner he was pretty scary, standing in the dark staring and screaming at us after we saw him peeing on a plant. And then the owner called us mad and threatening to call the police. It was quite an uncomfortable situation for us, especially considering that it was only 11 pm and we have been really more careful after the first call from the owner, so we were chatting outside but without music, screams, and loud sounds.

Daniela was super nice and extremely helpful. She explained everything before we left and was really easy to communicate with her throughout the trip. We also booked a day excursion with her and all the girls had a wonderful day! The apartment is at a really is such a good location and was able to walk everywhere.

Amazing place to stay! Could not recommend it enough. The owner is lovely and super helpful, told us everything we needed on hand over and if we needed anything was very quick to respond over the phone. Great location right next to the restaurants and bars and only a 2 minute walk from the main strip. Will definitely be booking again!

Conveniently located close to the beach, the strand and restaurants.

They requested a deposit of €300 upon arrival, in cash. They didn’t provide a receipt. It’s been over a month now since we left the property and they have not returned the deposit. The property isn’t even claiming the right to retain the deposit; they simply refuse to answer my messages and calls. They have basically stollen €300 from us. Unfortunately we are considering filling a lawsuit to claim our money. Stay away from this property, it’s a scam. Plus, beware that not all rooms have AC. And the AC in one of the rooms doesn’t work. The oven doesn’t work either…
