Zelo prijetna hišica z zasebnim parkiriščem. Apartma je bil zelo čist in dobro opremljen. WiFi je deloval odlično. V bližini je ogromno pohodniških poti in plezališč.

The property is well situated. Close to restaurants, shops, the port and pretty beach. Spacious, bright, lovely outlook from living area and from main room and terrace. Equipped with everything we needed including a washing machine. Clean and liked having 2 bathrooms. Car space directly across the road was great.

The second room has a very small window at ceiling height. It was decorated nicely though. The stairs would be unsuitable for children or people that are a little unsteady on their feet as there are no hand rails.

Das Schlafzimmer und die Terrasse im Attikageschoss waren schön.

Der Wohnbereich und die Küche sind renovationsbedürftig. Eine Fensterscheibe hatte einen Sprung (wohl schon länger) und war notdürftig geflickt. Bei Esstisch und Stühle bleibt man daran kleben. Das Kücheninventar ist dürftig und bedarf einer gründlichen Reinigung. Das Bett im oberen Schlafzimmer knarrt bei jeder Bewegung. Die obere Dusche hat nur kaltes Wasser. Klimaanlage hat es nur im Attikageschoss.

Everything! Location was beautiful, Salvatore was an incredibly helpful host and answered our many questions with great recommendations and advice. The home itself was comfortable with air conditioning for the hot nights and a kitchen to prep meals. We would stay here everytime in Santa Maria and will be recommending it to all of our friends and family traveling to Sardinia and Italy. Santa Maria Navarrese is such a beautiful town and well worth a stop on your holiday. Grazie Salvatore!

L’accueil des propriétaires et en plus ils parlaient très bien le français. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement, la décoration est de bon goût. Le dernier étage a été tout refait à neuf. Le plus de l’appartement c’est cette magnifique terrasse avec une superbe vue sur la mer où il y a un canapé pour prendre le soir les apéros et une table, des chaises et un parasol pour profiter de la vue pour le petit déjeuner ou les repas. Un moment magique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le parking juste en face, les deux belles salles de bains, la grande chambre confortable avec vue sur la mer. À pied vous pouvez vous rendre à la plage, au port et dans de nombreux commerces… Nous y étions au mois d’août, certes habitués à la chaleur du sud de la France, nous n’avons pas souffert de la chaleur, le soir nous rafraîchissons avant le coucher les chambres grâce aux climatisations. L’appartement est sur plusieurs niveaux, les escaliers n’ont pas posé de problèmes pour nos enfants de 5 et 8 ans. Notre appartement coup de cœur lors de notre tour de la Sardaigne.

Das Interieur war sehr schön.Die Terrasse unglaublich ebenso der Ausblick. :)

Das im Grunde nicht angegeben ist das die Wohnung auf der Grund der offenen Treppe nicht für Kleinkinder und Hunde geeignet ist. Wir haben die Treppe abgesperrt :-D
