Online request of identity documents and passports is required before the arrival, it is done by scanning the identity document by a Web, for the verification of the data. It is forbidden, under any circumstances, the access of any person to the apartment who is not included in the reservation. Accessing more people than the established in the reservation will have a penalty according to the laws, plus the full deposit for noncompliance with the regulations of the apartments for tourist purposes. The keys are collected from the safe area in the property, during arrival day and after completing the online check-in; we will send you the definitive information for picking up the keys. Very Important: You must have CHECKED-IN BEFORE 20:30 hrs in order to be verified, so we can send you the definitive information for key collection. * Cleaning service and change of linen is done on a weekly basis. **Permanent customer service via telephone 24 hours a day.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
