Nice pool quiet area pleasant Veranda to relax in. Only 4 klms to town centre.

It is a large 5 bedroom house with polished flöörs/stairs they can be Slippery (I Fell coming down stairs) so this is just a comment for other occupierers

Everything was absolutely perfect, exceptional value for money, pool was amazing, so much space and amazingly clean. We had absolutely no complaints we were exceptionally comfortable for the whole stay

Could have used a tea towel in the kitchen for drying dishes etc, that's all I can think of!

Beautiful location and home, the owner goes above and beyond to resolve the heating issues, and we slept well and enjoyed our stay. It was winter, so no swimming pool was available to use.

We loved everything about this property. It was everything we imagined it to be and more. My family felt completely at home, very cozy, and private enough for those times when you need a break from all the sight seeing in the city. I would recommend this home to anyone that is traveling with large groups or with family.

Everything in the property was very good. We have no complaints. Unfortunately we were unable to use the pool because of the weather but that is not something the owner can control. In sum, it was exactly what we wanted for our 3 day stay in Santiago.

There wasn't anything about the house which I didn't like. Everything was perfect and the owner was very accomadating.

Fireplace not in working condition (weather was cold) and no wood available I had to ask the host 3 times in 2 days to switch radiators back on (had the feeling of “wanting to save money”) No paper napkins and very little stock of toilet paper (we were 7 people), we had to buy extra quantity 2 cupboards in kitchen did not open (had the feeling we were only “allowed” to use a part of the available materials) No product for the dish washer to work, we had to buy A feeling of wanting to save money on several things when the price and house are not so cheap, I expected to not have to take care of so many things because of that

The property was fabulous even better than we hoped for. The host was very nice and very helpful. It was great to chill while watching a netflix movie before going to bed and the bedrooms were fab.

A small detail was there could have been better pillows and extra towels. Because of the remote location, it would have been helpful to have a welcome pack on arrival (even to pay a fee for it),as we arrived after 12am (the host was very good to meet us at that late hour and show us around) but there wasn't a bottle of water or a tea bag. We struggled the next morning to find an open shop or find a supermarket to stock up so that would also be helpful to leave some information and directions for the nearest bus stop or shop. The property itself was stunning and would imagine it being even better in high season so you could use the pool.
