"Gutes Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis"

Perfekte Einrichtung, tolle Dachterrasse. Prompte Antwort des Vermieters über WhatsApp. Vom Spülmittel bis Waschmaschine alles da. Blick aufs Meer und den Strand , Ebbe und Flut. Fünf Minuten zum Markt, zum Supermarkt und zur Fußgängerzone.

Die Lage der Wohnung an einer stark befahrenen Straßenecke. Man kann in St. Cruz normalerweise bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Die Meeresluft kühlt über Nacht ab. Leider mussten wir wegen dem Verkehr aber die Fenster geschlossen halten.

Прекрасный дом в колониальном стиле в старом городе. Старая постройка, очень хотелось узнать, как там внутри. С удовольствием использовала такую возможность.

Можно бы было обновить кухню и стиральную машину. Окна тяжело, но поднимаются вверх. Возможно их также удалось бы заменить или отремонтировать.

"Maison de caractère bien équipée"

L'appartement a du caractère et il est bien équipé et en bon état. Avec deux chambres il est très spacieux même si chaque pièce est assez petite; Il y avait tout le nécessaire dans la cuisine et le digicode était bien pratique, pas d'heure contraignante. Bon restaurant sur la place à proximité.

A Santa Cruz, ça monte dur! Bonnes pentes et escaliers! Il y a effectivement une terrasse mais pas très commode.

"Very Good"

The Location is good, and the apartment is spacious. The instructions to enter the apartment from the owner are clear and easy.

The windows are really hard to open, the is no fresh air in the apartment, and it was warm at night. Since the apartment is at the corner, it is quite noisy.

Zentrumsnahe Lage, so dass zu Fuß die wichtigen Ziele erreichbar sind (Einkaufen, Strand und Stadtbummel) Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattete und sauber, die Zimmer gemütlich eingerichtet.

Die Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden.
