Tolle, außergewöhnliche Einrichtung. Top sauber. Im Zentrum und nah zum Strand

Da direkt an der Straße/ Fußgängerzone, etwas laut. Man hört jede Person, die vorbeiläuft. Und morgens parken die Liefer-LKWs direkt vor der Tür.

Loistava sijainti. Ja aivan uskomaton sisustus. Avain helposti avainlokerosta oven vierestä. Vastapäätä asuntoa on supermarket ja useita kahviloita ja ravintoloita. Jopa apteekki aivan vieressä.

Ovi avautuu suoraan kadulle. Äänet kuuluvat selkeästi sisälle. Korvatulpat mukaan :)

La situation en plein centre de la vieille ville de Santa Cruz, dans une rue piétonne. Nous avons apprécié ce loft spacieux à la décoration originale. Les lits étaient très confortables.

Nice space, all open plan in an interesting old building with antiques and lots of information. Had great facilities in a great location

Open plan bedroom was a little strange but fine for us (a group of 4 female friends) travelling together.

La ubicación y la restauración de la casa, su historia

Al estar en un lugar céntrico e histórico, la puerta dar a plena calle, y haber dejado las estancias totalmente abiertas, (diáfanas) en su reforma, no amortigua el ruido exterior y cuando se amplia el ambiente nocturno (fiestas, bares, etc) pues puede llegar a ser algo incomodo o molesto. Aunque al final tienes dos opciones o te aíslas o te unes a la fiesta.
