"Casa com potencial sem manutenção"

A localização muito boa, central, fácil acesso e perto da praia.

O WC do 1° andar está um nojo, o tecto com bolor e saem cabelos do ralo. Num dos quartos do 1° andar o ar condicionado nunca funcionou, e o técnico nunca apareceu. O exaustor do fogão não funciona, é apenas decorativo. O chuveiro do piso 0 está empolado como se tivesse água por debaixo. O estendal para a roupa está partido e com ferrugem. A TV é boa, mas o comando está partido e não se percebemos como se podia ver os canais de TV. Enfim, um casa com potencial mas que está sem manutenção à espera do turista para fazer o máximo de dinheiro.
