Treehouse - Hot Tub

Caravan was clean, lovely hot tub, and most utensils needed. We did advise the contact of a few things not working or missing and Kayleigh was very understanding, apologetic and sorted out the minor issues. However Booking com you are advertising this accommodation as a 2 bathroom, but it isn't, it's 1 bathroom and a toilet/basin ensuite!! This was very disappointing as we do specifically look for 2 bathrooms/shower rooms, as there were 4 adults staying. Kayleigh also wasn't aware, and other 3rd parties are clearly advertising as 1.5 bathrooms. I would appreciate a response from Booking. com in this regard. Overall a great location and lovely quiet Park.

See comments above. Only 1 bathroom and a toilet ensuite, but advertised by Booking.com as 2 bathrooms. Very disappointed .

Nice quiet location. Hot tub. Dog friendly. Private. Leafy and green. Free golf course. Lots of castles to go and see. Water is hot. Bed is comfy. Easy to get to from the A1

WiFi connection was weak. Not great if you are planning a working vacation. Couldn't seem to get the oven warm enough - might have just needed to pre heat for longer.

Northumberland zoo and many places to visit. Park was nice and quiet,lovely location. Modern caravan and hot tub area very private.

Hot tub needs attention, foam when jets turned on maybe to much chlorine. Wifi not great.

We loved the hot tub & the enclosed area which was fantastic for our Bulldog to chill & play with her toys. The outdoor shower is fab too The park location is fantastic & it was very private

The kitchen wasn't very clean at all,previous guests opened food in the freezer. Vape found in the main bedroom Fridge freezer was dirty as was the oven trays etc. Cupboards need cleaned as does the cutlery drawers. The upholstery had stains on it as does the decking and outside cushions,all these small things add up and hopefully can be sorted for the next guests 😊

Terrible smell on arrival, like wet dog had to go out and purchase air freshener, also a lot of dust about and tables etc weren't clean, luckily cleaning supplies were available so I was able to clean the caravan

Great location, backing onto the woods, giving privacy particularly for the hot tub which easily fit 5. Within easy reach of all local attractions. Free golf course on lovely site kept the family happy - remember your clubs! Well kept property - ideal for short family stay.

Advertised for 5/6 and fits 5/6 but limited on suitable accessories eg plates/bowls etc. Pull out bed not the most comfortable (just slept on sofa).
