Absolutely fabulous. Clean , well set out , comfortable

I have a fear of heights and the bannister at the top of the stairs is a little low .. but I don’t expect it would bother most people

An easy taxi from the airport costing 12.25 and dropping us off at the corner next to the restaurant. Took bus from Rotondas on way back, equally easy. Location opposite the lovely, big, metal, fighting-cocks on the promenade and a view of life going by. Sat every night on the porch, sheltered from the wind with plenty wine and watched the locals whizzing past in some form or another. It's a pedestrian area, so there are almost infinite numbers of joggers, fast-walkers (so many fit-looking people here and a big fitness centre round the corner) and dog-walkers and when a cruise ship comes in, lots of cruisers, also stopping to photograph themselves or each other next to the cocks. A superbly equipped kitchen with a full-sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kitchenware and utensils allow you to make great food. Didn't eat out once in the 7 days because the Hyper Dino supermarket is so well-stocked. We ate in the courtyard. The double bed was nice and comfy and it was quiet at night despite facing onto the promenade, far enough away from the musician that plays the same music all day over at the port for the cruisers when they're in. I highly recommend Duplex Con Vistas for people who want easy access to the beach, are into self-catering, don't want to stay in the compounds in the resorts and want a bit of island reality. We don't have kids, but I imagine they'd be kept busy the whole day with the beach just across the street.

The location of the property is amazing. It is just a few steps away from the golden beach with clear bright blue water and never too busy. To the left of the property there are a number of bars and restaurants where you can sit and enjoy the views. The host was extremely helpful and checked to make sure we arrived safely as well as helping us with a taxi back to the airport. Thank you!

Very well designed and beatifully decorated townhouse directly at the city beach. All small things which make the stay easy and comfortable are there ( Salt, Peter, Oil, Vinnegar, Condiments, Coffee, Tea, Beachumbrella, and so many more useful things ). The communication with the host was excellent. We enjoyed our 5 days very much. Highly recommended.

Appartement location is absolutely astounding! Inside terrasse a perfect place if you want to spend evening time with friends or family. Comfortable and spacious rooms, garage, bikes, beach accessories. Higly recommended for family with kids :)

A great place for a short break and for a long stay. Everyone should be pleased. The house is very well equipped. Near the beach, restaurant, shop. We highly recommend.
