Miraclet - ADULTS ONLY

Location was excellent, right in the centre of the historic town, own garage parking for a medium size car, the owner meets you and explains where everything is in the property and surrounding areas, rooms have good aircon units, good showers, comfortable lounge / dining area which takes whole of one floor with a quirky kitchen but very serviceable. This is a very Spanish home but on 4 floors including the roof terrace which is a great open air space.

Can be noisy late at night with some local bars open until 2-3am and then garbage men about 4am, you need earplugs but you do get used to it. Staircase is very steep (45degrees) and could benefit from some protection as there is only a metal handrail and no ballustrading. Top steps onto roof require great care when coming down , best to exit and enter from the brown side door as the steps from the main door are kites and are easy to miss. You have to pay a 500Euro deposit ( refundable) but you lose out due to the exchange rate when it is returned, would be fairer if a credit card number holding was taken instead.
