NEVER STAY HERE!!! First of all, when we arrived, we had a very hard time finding the keys. It felt like an escape room. We were searching through rooms trying to find them. After finally figuring it out, we had to climb countless stairs with all our luggage. The parking was extremely tight, and it was very difficult to manage. Then we entered the room—and we were in shock. Spiders everywhere on the ceiling, the floor was filthy, and the bedsheets looked used. Some of the towels were clean, but others were clearly used. There were ants crawling around. And yet this place had a 9.8 rating on Booking. We were shocked. Who could possibly leave such good reviews? The air conditioner didn’t work at all. We turned it on and it kept shutting off by itself. It was unbearably hot inside. There was absolutely no reception or assistance. We were exhausted, sweaty, and completely disappointed.
