Beautiful villa in a lovely and quiet location with an amazing view and within walking distance from the beach. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and Fabrizio was extremely helpful at explaining best beaches to visit, where to eat and what to do and provided support throughout our stay at the villa. The view from the villa is lovely and we spent lovely evenings eating out in the terrace. The beaches in Sardegna with their crystal clear waters are an experience not to be missed and Villa Giulia was a lovely place to return to after a day at the beach!

Lovely place. Very very clean and convenient, stocked with everything you may need. The view is unreal - make sure you set aside an evening to watch sunset for the terrace. Just upstairs from a great beach with a super cute beach club that has a great menu!! Within walking distance from local restaurants. The owner could not be more nice or more helpful!!

The view from the terrace is breathtaking. The apartment is very well equipped. The host provide to us superb service and give to us a lot of useful information.

Please be aware, you park the car on the gravel road, it means your car is covered by thick layer of dust.

The hist Fabrizio was exceptional. Help in every way possible. Booked restaurants Even help with the luggage from the car to the apartment and on departure as well.

It’s a beautiful location above the local beach and close to Aquarium and Farrah Pizza. The house is beautiful and ideal for up to 2 families to share in a joint rental if you want both the upper levels and the lower level with the pool. The villa is modern, clean, and beautifully furnished. Fabrizio and his parents are excellent and gracious hosts and we loved our time here!

No downsides at all; a lovely place to stay. Just make sure you’re clear if you wish to rent the lower level with the pool. Otherwise the beach is a short walk (175 stairs) away and quite enjoyable and safe to swim.

The size of the house meant it was spacious for 4 of us, the views were amazing and it was a short walk to the beach/local amenities

Nothing we didn’t like as such, it wasn’t 100% from the pictures that the pool was not included and this was a disappointment on arrival however our host kindly let us use it whilst it was vacant.

Great location and views! The property was very clean and the host was very helpful at check in, and provided local restaurant recommendations. He also messaged us during our stay to make sure the accomodations met our expectations. Full kitchen with associated plates, dishes, and all necessary cooking utensils are provided if you're looking to cook and host. Note that the the house is actually 2 separate rentals, with the downstairs until having exclusive access to the swimming pool.

Not a bad thing, but you need to take out different recycling or garbage bins for pick up on a daily basis. The host explained this during check in, and provided a PDF of the schedule to help.

A lovely family space close to the beach, with stunning views. The host was fantastic and the accommodation was spacious.
