The open concept floor plans. The floors, closets and kitchen.

The tub was damaged. Spider/cobweb in living room and by the refrigerator. There was blood on the headboard. Rust on bottom of the kitchen chair. Broken blind in the bedroom.

"Great value and location for Miami or Fort Lauderdale."

The check-in process was smooth. The constant communication from the owner made it easy. The housing looked like the pictures. There was ample parking, and it felt safe. House rules were clear, and If I needed anything help was a text message away.

I was not a fan of the mattress/bedding. I wish there were additional blankets for the beds.
