Casa Primavera/ Valle de Guadalupe

When i got to the property, i call the property manager since they never send me a code to access the house. When i spoke to Javier, he said that the property was already occupied by others. Even do, he send us to another property, the place was to small for 8 people. Was not at all what i expect when i had PAID for a full house.

That they did not respect at all my reservation. I PAID for a complete house, and Host send me to a really small room with 1 full size bed with 1 bunked bed for a 8 people that did not fit for that small room. The place that host send me only had 1 bathroom plus the beds i mention before. I should be getting a full refund for what i had pay for this property.

Ease of access to both sides of the valley and super easy to get to. Very clean and updated. Very responsive owner who was super friendly and gave amazing recommendations.

Location near to wineries, the house was spacious and clean. And the availability of the host was excellent.

I may have missed the "Casa Primavera" sign along the way; but a sign like others hosts in the area will be ideal.
