"Very dated and not clean"

Very dated, not very clean, floor boards in double room were very squeaky, only 1 actual breakfast bowl, downstairs toilet kept flushing

Property is fab, light, airy, comfortable, plenty of storage space. Location excellent for Stratford / Warwick. nice view out front (sunsets). Beautiful main bedroom.

Three large couches is probably one too many (as well as those two easy chairs) making it tricky to come and go between them and the breakfast table (really not a lot of room to get back and forth here). We could have done with a (working) side light or two in the lounge (we read a lot). The showers - upstairs very limited headroom of course and the temperature (on both showers) were difficult to get right ("ouch" and indeed, "ooh" being heard loudly from both each morning)
