Casa Indipendente Ischia

De locatie was top: midden in het centrum van Arco. De ruimte in het huis was ook goed en praktisch ingericht met alles wat we nodig hadden. We kregen onze (station) auto niet in de garage maar kregen een goed alternatief aangeboden. De gastvrouw reageerde snel op berichten en was erg behulpzaam.

De bank en het bed waren erg zacht (zakten in). Informatie over de omgeving en de Guest Card is goed om meer pro actief aan te bieden.

Eine Federkernmatratze im Kinderzimmer ist unbequem.

Puiki vieta, netoli Gardos ežero,tačiau iki jo pėsčiomis nenueisi. Ne pačiame šurmulyje, tačiau netoli apstu kavinių, Arco senamiestis, netoli pilis. Rami, puiki vieta. Namelyje yra viskas ko reikia apsistoti, virtuvės įrankiai, kondicionierius, skalbimo mašina, viskas ko reikia gyvenimui. Į garažą įvažiuosi jei esi geras vairuotojas (tucson telpa) 😉, labai patogu, nereikia sukti galvos kur palikti automobilį . Tačiau reikia įgūdžių įvažiuoti ir išvažiuoti siauromis gatvelėmis.

Trūko pietų stalo. Su šeima susėsti pavalgyti galima prie virtuvės baro, kur nėra labai patogu.

Everything was very convenient and comfortable..We loved having everything we needed including paper towels, pots/pans, dishes, etc. Highly recommend..

Very small garage that couldn't fit our car

This was our second stay at this property and it was just as fantastic as the first time - -the location is perfect, the house is super quiet, very clean, well stocked and makes for a perfect stay in Arco. - -we will be back again for sure. The garage is a major bonus in this area, and as long as you have a small (tiny) car, it works perfectly. The location is the most ideal you will find in Arco.

Nothing, the house is absolutely perfect. Garage is a bit tricky to back out of, but as long as you have a small car, it works just fine - -a Fiat 500 fits in nicely.

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. The Location is absolutely magical, right in the heart of old town and so easy to walk to the castle and to plenty of restaurants. The garage is small, but perfect for a Fiat 500 - -no issues getting in or out. The hosts made the check in very easy. Apparently we were the first Americans to stay there -- which I love to hear as it means we picked a property loved by locals. We have stayed at many locations and this one truly deserves an "Exceptional" Rating.

Nothing, the apartment was perfect in every way.

the space, the available kitchen ware, the garage (almost impossible to find parking in the old town as a guest), the air conditioning & bedroom blackout blinds, the WiFi, the neighborhood, the closeness to the castle, the ease of communication with the most pleasant owners, the local grocery store just 2 short blocks away. also Arco is a convenient drive north to Trento, Bolzano & the Dolomite passes and south to Lake Garda

There was nothing we didnot like other than the unexpected heat wave although be aware that the garage is not meant for SUVs but then neither are the narrow old town streets! It was an easy fit for a Fiat 500 and a couple of bikes could go in as well.

The property is amazing and Eugenia was the perfect host. We are very grateful to have stayed there and would recommend to anyone. Thank you for making it a lovely visit for us.
