Excellent all round. Comfortable and everything we needed for a self catering stay including a fully equipped kitchen. This property would work well as a base if you wanted to travel to other locations by car or even by bus but we loved the local beaches so much we just stayed there all week and spent all day on the beach :-)

Great location , great base to visit other places in the North East. Newbiggin is a up and coming for visitors, shops, restaurants, cafe,s pubs and a great beach. Would visit again and hopefully use this property again in the future.

I think the key safe could be a bit higher for ease of reading as when we arrived it was raining.

Personal touches. Provisions like bin bags, pegs, washing up liquid, it makes all the difference to both parties. Communication excellent. 👏👏 Thanks S

Sounds stupid and is only personal preference but mugs are too rounded on lip so makes you dribble. 🙄 The mug cupboard door knob is very sharp 🚑

Within walking distance of the beach and good birdwatching sites

The cleanliness- the property needs a deep clean so disappointed as oven and extractor fan horrid along with the freezers . Skirting etc so dusty and cobwebs. Kitchen saucepans need replacing as Teflon and all worn inside so not hygienic. Nowhere to sit outside unless you like looking at a concrete yard that was not at all attractive. The key code box needs to be moved to eye level as very difficult to use bing at ground level.

The location of the house was fantastic. 2 mins walk to the sea. The house was large and very comfortable and well equipped.The

The outside space is a bit rough and ready but you don't really need it because the sea is so close. The fridge needed defrosting.

Good size, near the sea. Plenty of resources including tvs in bedrooms as well as in lounge. Comfortable There was space for one car at the back of the property and on street parking at the front. It’s near to shops/take away. Nice touch of milk, orange juice, biscuits etc It was warm when we worked out the heating though it did come on one night at about 11 so maybe we were not sure

Only minor niggle that the key box is virtually at floor level and as I have mobility problems I ended up having to sit on the floor initially to open it.
