"Cozy little spot nearby Valle de Guadalupe"

Property was nice and secluded. Had a gate to get in and had a nice view! Was the perfect size for our party of 4 for a weekend getaway. They provided the basic necessities such as shower stuff and even things for coffee in the am! There are 3 stays on the property so be mindful of your neighbors, you can hear everything with how quiet and thin the walls are😇

"Perfect place for a relaxing weekend"

It was super easy to get to and close to many wineries and restaurants. Besides the area was quiet and calm. The property was super clean and pleasant perfect for a relaxing weekend away from home.

No complaints other than was an amazing experience.

"Place is good if you only need it for sleeping."

The bungalow was very clean

Location is sketchy,No physical address so it's hard to find,Furniture falling apart,No Tv,Little to no hot water even after calling the host to adjust temperature,Dirty sink sponge,the bathroom has a wooden sliding door so you hear EVERYTHING.

the tranquility and peace that is experienced in that area, and the sunsets are incredible

The street to get to the villas is dirt and poorly maintained and the trickle from the shower ends up making you desperate.

"Nice little home base for touring La Valle"

The location was decent for getting around La Valle. The place was clean and there was a mini fridge and a coffee maker. We enjoyed sitting on the front deck in the mornings with our coffee.

The road to the place is not very good. It is unpaved, uneven, steep, and loose in some parts. If there is any rainfall this could become hazardous. The posting did not mention there was a steep unpaved hill to reach the house. The property is nestled in a neighborhood with lots of loud dogs. It was pretty disruptive when neighbors arrived at 11pm, making noise and driving a large truck through the gate, shining the lights directly into our room. There was also no shower gel (container was empty) and the shower water was sometimes hot, but mostly cold. The wifi network was unreliable as well. For $200 per night, I was a little disappointed. I am concerned there are fake reviews for this property as well.
