"Wonderful, cozy apartment directly in the center."

Very comfortable and cool even when it was 38 degrees outside. Large fridge, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove. We really want to stay here again and use the place as a base to explore other parts of the region, particularly Cortona. Location is also fantastic, located right in the center of Passignano.

There is no phone signal in or near the property, but we already knew this thanks to other reviews. If you need to make a call, just walk down the block. We didn’t need to do this because vacation is vacation.

This is the perfect house to stay in. The location in the middle of the town is just moments from restaurants, cafes, shops and the lake. The house has absolutely everything you could need. It is an easy walk from the train station. Thomas is a lovely host and was easily contactable at all times. Highly recommend you stay here. Don’t even look at anywhere else! we loved it.
