"Disappointing"

The room was very nice everything in the room is nice.

It wasn't conveniently located next to anything even though you pay cleaning you have to take out your trash which for me was on the other side of the facility here for the patio one person to stand you're not going to set out there there's not room for one chair so that's a joke

"Excellent place to stay, that was a good value."

Very clean, loved having a washer and dryer. Having a kitchen was also a great convenience. I asked to check in earlier that 4pm(between 1pm and 2pm) they were gracious to let me do that. Staff was very friendly and pointed out local attractions and had a list of favorite restaurants, even had them noted as kid friendly.

Nothing that the property owner or staff could do anything about, we had 3 children (9,5,&4), the downstairs neighbor complained about the footsteps. We were trying to be considerate, even before she complained, but they are children and were excited to be on vacation.
