La pulizia, casa spaziosa, giardino esterno, animali ammessi, televisione funzionante, ben equipaggiata.

Internet non funzionante, linea telefonica non prende nel paese quindi ero isolata completamente. Nessuna accoglienza, nessuna assistenza della host per risolvere il problema, anzi era indaffarata in un altro lavoro in una località distante dove lavora e abita, non mi ha segnalato o inviato una persona per assistenza. Mi ha detto di chiamarla quando volevo senza arrivare a capire che il telefono prendeva solo e in parte a 6 km di distanza dalla casa o nel paese più vicino a 18 km. Invece, Molto gentili nell'aiutarmi e darmi info sono stati i paesani, la biblioteca parzialmente aperta, e l'albergo confinante che mi ha accolto per usare internet. Sono andata per lavorare al fresco. L'albergo fa come prezzo della camera la metà di quello che ho pagato e con internet funzionante. La casa bella, spaziosa era molto calda perché evidentemente spesso chiusa, ho sopperito con un ventilatore portatomi da casa. La fogna del bagno puzzava, come ovviamente accade con questo caldo nelle case disabitate. Comunque il bagno era bello, moderno, pulito, funzionante, perfetto.

Our host provided an espresso maker and milk, along with other munchies that were much appreciated after the tough hike there! Also, the property has a washing machine, drying rack and outdoor patio, great for hikers!! Very convenient location for visiting La Verna Sanctuary.

This home was very convenient for us as we walked the Via di Francesca. Nice to have so much space and a washing machine! Coffee and breakfast foods left for us were super helpful. There was a good mini market near by and good restaurant for dinner.

The house is actually located in a residential area, in a very beautiful small village. The neighbors are calm and pleasant. We used this place to visit the monastery of La Verna, which is nearby. The living is very large. It is already cold at the end of October, but the house has local heating. Everything you need is there. There is a shop across the road. The rooms are very large. Decent electronics (TV, music center). The owner communicates in Italian, in other languages ​​via WhatsApp.
