"A perfect view and quiet life- you’ll spend heaps of time on your terrace reading and soaking up the sun."

This property is perfect for a family or couple wanting a quiet stay- it is a 20 minute walk out of the main town but for us this was perfect. Clean, secure and everything we needed. Would have liked an iron, maybe there was one but forgot to ask. Ilaria and Domenico were such lovely hosts and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Just down the road from a beach which we had to ourselves when we went. It was excellent and I would recommend.

"Amazing view near the sea"

The property is near the sea the view is amazing and the host is very enthusiastic even we check in too late she has patience waiting us thanks again and again .this property is big building like we have a house near the sea .it’s suit for family have vacation here

"A Gem in Polignano à Mare"

The location was wonderful, away from the crowds but close enough to walk, 10 minutes to restaurants and 20 from Centro. The big bonus was the two minute walk to the beach. The accommodations were lovely, private patio with a view of the ocean. We could've spent our entire time there. The house was clean and comfortable with updated amenities. The hosts were lovely and available if needed.

Available hosts, wonderful view, comfortable little house ideally situated

Although we were not completely off-season the house was a bit cold even when using the heating.

Lovely location with a seaview. Really nice house with a really lovely terrace and yard. Kitchen is really well equipped- there is everything you need for cooking.

As we visited this place not in a high season, in spring and we experienced some chill weather, inside the house was really cold. The air conditioner was not enough to heat the rooms until the comfortable temperature. Although in summer this should not be the problem.

"Fantastic!"

A fantastic house on a perfect spot. Just 10 minutes to walk to the village and 2 minutes to te sea. The house is very clean and well-furnitured. The owners are very friendly, communication with them is fast en smooth. we definitely recommend this lovely house!
