Please note electricity, water and gas come at an extra cost. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at an extra cost of EUR 20 per person per week. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after 21:00 until 23.00. A surcharge of EUR 45 applies for arrivals after 23:00 until 00.00. A surcharge of EUR 70 applies for arrivals after 00:00 until 02.00. Arrivals after 02.00 are not permitted. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that the pool is available upon request at an additional charge of 40 EUR per week.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. It's recommended to bring your own vehicle since this property is not serviced by public transportation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
