La casa del cuore

Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione e l'host super carina e accogliente che ci ha saputo indicare tutti i luoghi migliori per andare a passeggio o al mare. La casa è spaziosa e confortevole

Purtroppo la casa è sopra una norcineria (buonissima e con molte opzioni veg) e questo comporta dover rimanere a finestre chiuse per non far entrare fumo e odore di brace nella casa. C'è da dire che la posizione collinare ci ha permesso di dormire in pieno agosto aprendo solo una finestra e senza morire di caldo e di odori

Le calme et les alentours

Krásný dům na krásném místě s původním, ale plně funkčním vybavením, poblíž výborná restaurace. Ideální lokalita pro výlety do hor i k moři. Cinzia byla velmi ochotná a komunikativní. Mohu vřele doporučit!

It's am amazing place to stay nicely furnished, full of charm

The apartment is very well taken care of, and the location is extremely beautiful. It's right on top of a really nice restaurant. The views to the surroundings, particularly the Monte Forato, are stunning. Cinzia is extremely nice and willing to help with anything.

There were some ants in the kitchen, be sure to close any food you may have well.

it is a house in the middle of the touscany moutains very comfortable and with enough space

it is placed on the top of a "norcineria" with restaurant. unfortunately the bed room has windows in front of the chimney of the Restaurant Kitchen and all the smoke enter in the room.

Appartment was full of stink bugs but I was still expected to pay for the horrible night. After check-in (owner absent) we noticed ca 10 big stink bugs immediately. We thought that they got in when someone opened the windows for cleaning.Disgusting, but we wanted to stay optimistic, so we killed the bugs and went for a hike. We didn’t open any windows, hoping that would be it. When we came back we started noticing more and more stink bugs everywhere, majority on windows and curtains, but also on the kitchen table, or in the bathroom sink. We contacted the host and sent over photos, but we only heard back around 1.30 AM. The host only responds in Italian, despite advertising here that she speaks English. No help offered, no reimbursement, offering nothing useful to us, just repeating that “she didn’t see any bugs when she was cleaning”. Seems impossible with what we’ve encountered, since there were dead bugs in visible places. We’ve also heard from her that it’s quite normal this time of year for her house - maybe it should be in the accommodation description then. Windows were old and not insulated. You can feel breeze despite the windows being closed. Bugs had no trouble getting in somehow all the time or just lived in the house. When we turned on the lights, the bugs became more active and started flying around more. This caused more distress and disgust. We were stranded without a car, so we spent the night in the hall sitting by our luggage. We had to look for another apartment for the next day in the middle of the night and our vacation plans were ruined. The owner decided to annul 3 days, but took the money for the one night we spent in this horrible situation, as well as the cleaning fee (infested house described as cleaned is laughable). Paying EUR 115 for this experience is outrageous, but the owner doesn’t seem to understand how the hospitality business works. All in all, the worst travel experience I’ve had.
