The property is a charming old house, with lots of room for even a big party of 7. It is well isolated between rooms, is decorated in a stylish manner that makes you forget its fallbacks. The location is, while remote, quite charming and you have easy access to shops(by car) and a small drive to Bellagio.

The internet is quite bad, borderline unusable in some rooms. The house can’t handle multiple things at the same time and we had power drops at times. Some things were worn out. A bed in one of the rooms needs to be changed, as it’s unusable; the mattress on it is fine.

Villa Ruscone is full of history, large and charming with a small green garden and terrace outside. It has 4 bedrooms upstairs and one at the ground level, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms, one separate dining room and 2 parking places. If you are looking for an authentic italian countryside experience in a historic place full of personality you are in the right place. You will feel like on the set of an italian film. If you want modern luxury equipment and facilities and a spotless place you should look somewhere else. Lasnigo is quite close to Bellagio and in the nearby villages of Canzo/Asso you will find some nice trattorias. You absolutely need a car to move arround.

Some repairs and updates are needed here and there as the place looks a bit neglected in certain areas.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! It's beautiful and tastefully decorated with antique furniture, offering plenty of room for our group of seven friends. The villa was super clean, and the hosts were fantastic. Staying here felt like being royalty. The surroundings are lovely, even though the village itself is quite sleepy. Plus, it's a short drive to the lake and charming towns. Highly recommend! It’s a little bit cold inside, but the fireplace adds a cozy touch. If it‘s hot outside it is perfect.

Beautiful old villa. Full of character and history. Lovely mountain village location. Fairly easy access to main towns on the south of the lake. Lots of space and wonderful cool refuge from the heat of the day. Not lots of outdoor space so maybe not ideal for younger children but a nice outdoor terrace with garden furniture and a bbq area. The house is in the centre of the village and felt very much part of the community which was very nice. A very special place. The owner was very helpful and was there to greet us on arrival and show us the ropes.

Very spacious villa with outstanding interior furniture and decorations (paint, porcelain, books, old items)- all villa you want to explore near Como Lake you need to pay for entrance silly money- in this villa we got everything on the daily basis. Well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and very cozy place to sit outside when you can hear the sound of water coming through this small city.
