시설, 위치, 호스트 연락 등 모든 것이 완벽했습니다. 집에 있는 것과 같은 안락함을 느꼈습니다. 체크 아웃 후에 렌트카에 문제가 생겼는데, 마치 가족과 같은 마음으로 해결해 주었습니다. 감사드립니다 . 이보다 더 좋을 수는 없을 것 같습니다 . 최고!!!

We stayed a week in May. This is an apartment around the back of the owners house accessed either up some stairs or up a slope (long way around). They also have 2 b&b bedrooms at the front. There is parking (very useful and rare) accessed at the front. The parking is a little tricky to negotiate but we managed it in our Fiat Panda rental. Elisabetta brings you a first rate breakfast of focaccia, bread, croissants, coffee, juice etc which is served at the front by the b&b bedrooms. So generous. There is no outside seating at the back by the apartment but you can sit anytime where you have breakfast. The apartment is very nicely decorated (beautiful finish). There’s a good size comfy bed and well equipped bathroom plus good hanging space. The kitchen living area has a good cooking area. Lots of cooking equipment but Elisabetta will supply more if required. It’s a 5 minute walk into town down hill or turn right for lovely views and a more scenic walk. Elizabetta was so kind and will advise on Matera. Her father also was lovely and fixed a problem with our car. Other than Matera we visited Craci (an abandoned village) and n Pisticci (near Craci, very nice and no tourists). Also Gravina in Puglia (worth a visit).

The host was lovely and very hospitable. Location amazing when you have a car as there is a private parking spot and it is walking distance to the old city. Everything was very close. Bed was comfy, and amazing breakfast included. Loved our stay.

Nie wiem kto daje opinie za to miejsce mniej niż 10. Czyściutko, pachnąco, świetne miejsce. Wszystko co trzeba na miejscu. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, w łazience kosmetyki i pachnące ręczniki. Klimatyzacja w dwóch strefach. Bliziutko do sassi, bardzo blisko do punktu widokowego, z którego Matera w nocy wygląda przecudownie, na miejscu jest dostępny parking. Właścicielka to przecudowna kobieta, bardzo pomocna i uśmiechnięta. Śniadanko do noclegu. Przepyszny Materski chlebek, pyszna kawka, rogaliki, dżemy, masło, Nutella, ciepłe mleko, jogurty i woda. Było przecudownie!!!!

The location was perfect to explore the city center. The appartment was big and clean. I recommend.

Le petit logement original aux murs et arcs de pierre apparents, très bien rénové et bien éclairé. Le coin cuisine et la salle de bain pratiques,dont les équipements sont simples mais de qualité. La très grande propreté du logement, du linge de lit et du linge de toilette. La situation géographique dans Matera: accès au sasso à 200 mètres à pieds. Et accès au centre ville piéton et à tous services ( restos. Bars, commerces....) A à pied à environ 600 mètres. La possibilité de laisser la voiture dans la cour de la propriétaire. Et surtout l immense gentillesse, discrétion, et amabilité d Elisabetta qui en sus propose des petits déjeuners bien agreables !!! Je recommande vivement son adresse!!!

Les hotes sont extremement gentilles et bienveillants. C'est tres bien situé et proche du centre historique.

Stylishly renovated home with all required amenities. Well positioned close to the tourist attractions, but easily accessible by car with parking. Our hostess was very kind and helpful.

We didn´t have breakfast because we had to leave to the house at 7 a.m.
