Super Lage, nur wenige hundert Meter bis zur Altstadt, sicherer Parkplatz, gute Ausstattung, perfekte Kommunikation, nette Gastgeber, tolles Preis- Leistungsverhältnis

Świetna lokalizacja; blisko do atrakcji turystycznych. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Właścicielem. Aneks kuchenny świetnie wyposażony; dla kawoszy do wyboru jest ekspres na kapsułki i kawiarka.

The studio is a wide room with a double bed and a sofa. The space is very clean with a complete kitchen with all accessories included. Also, the owner generously offered products for a light breakfast as well as water in the fridge. There is an outside space with a table and grill space where you can have breakfast or dinner. There is a possibility to leave the car in the neighborhood property for 10 Euros per day. The owner offered a lot of information about places to see in Matera downtown accompanied by supplementary information. Location is excellent, only 5-10min walk to the central square.
