"Beautiful sceneries, delicious meal and wine, history in every corner of the land."

Location is great. The Tuscany is region which you can explore whole life, every village has its own genius loci. Nearby cities are cultural and historical gems in Italy (Siena, Firenze, Arezzo). San Gusme is beautiful, old and very quite place. The owner of the property is very nice person always willing to help. The hospitality was great.

There is no grocery shop in San Gusme (the village is too small).

"A Tuscan Gem."

Just a glorious place, very well equipped and with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This is a large quality apartment with ground floor access in a quiet village of San Gusme. Elvira is superb and provided a welcome pack that was so much appreciated. Very comfortable and with Netflix access as a bonus for non-Italian speakers!

Exceeded our expectations in every way. The town/village is so picturesque. The apartment is equally beautiful and squeaky clean and comfortable. But most importantly, the level of details and the effort that Elvira (the owner) has put into this apartment is just marvelous. It has everything you need. She has thought about every little details and left no room for complaints. It is beyond expectations in every way.

Property owner Elvira is absolutely lovely, gracious, friendly and generous. She was always accessible, patient, and responded quickly to any question about the apartment, the village or the area. The apartment is well maintained and impeccably clean, has a well equipped, modern kitchen and modern bathrooms,, The fireplace is very nice to have for cool autumn evenings. The ancient village is charming and the friendly residents take great pride in maintaining its history and traditions. Views of the Tuscan hills from the village are spectacular. Da Filletto Ristorante is next door with a very nice young couple serving excellent Tuscan fare.

That we had to leave!
