Unfortunately our stay was ruined due to lack of hot water. From day one we never had hot water it was only lukewarm. There were four of us staying in an apartment that could’ve slept six. One of the rooms had only a bathtub. Which we could not use because after filling it with three or 4 inches of water there was no more lukewarm water left. My sister started washing her hair in the kitchen sink so she could heat up a pot on the stove. I only washed my hair once on a five night stay because I didn’t want to use up the small amount of lukewarm water we had. I started getting up an hour early so I could have a short shower before the others got up. My sister started taking her shower at night. It was very unpleasant and we were constantly saying who’s going in the shower and trying to work around this, since we were basically now down to one bathroom. I honestly never felt clean. the icing on the cake was the last night when we were packing up to leave the for rome early in morning, the water heater started leaking so we never had hot water again until we got to Rome. Up until the point we complained about the water heater the owner was nice but when I asked for one night credit, they got very nasty, and basically said “stuff happens” They do not speak English so they only like to communicate in what’sapp and use a translator app. In one breath, they told me other people don’t complain but then in another breath, it was a brand new water heater and we were the first ones to use it. Honestly, I do not know which was the truth. The truth is the water heater at most holds 15 gallons of water and his set so you only get lukewarm water, it hangs above the toilet so when it leaked it made quite a mess and obviously a water heater that hangs over a toilet is not suitable for an apartment that could hold six people. If you’re traveling with more than two people and if you like a hot shower, not just a lukewarm one I would advise you not to stay at this place.

Apartament na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Bardzo duży, dwie łazienki, ogromny piękny taras z miejscem do wypoczynku i cudownym widokiem na ogród cytrynowy i wzgórza. Cały apartament bardzo czysty, w kuchni zapewnione niezbędne naczynia, ekspres kolbowy wraz z kawą (my nie korzystaliśmy ze względu na smak kawy) była również dostępna kawiarka. Dużym plusem jest bliskość do stacji pociągów oraz portu. Miejscowość przepiękna, świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzenia wybrzeża oraz Capri. Szczerze polecam, szczególnie wybrednym😉

Location was amazing and the apartment was huge. Waking up over the lemon groves was fantastic.

Beautiful condo, 8 minute walk to the Sorrento shopping District. Really enjoyed the area.

Flower’s House is perfectly located, well equipped and very spacious. The large balcony overlooking the lemon grove is lovely!! Has everything you need & wonderful gracious hosts

Come sorrentina, posso confermare che questa casa è una vera perla nel cuore di Sorrento! L'abbiamo affittata per ospitare mia sorella e le sue amiche da Londra e posso dire che è stata una scelta perfetta. La casa è stupenda, grandissima e spaziosissima, dotata di aria condizionata e di tutti i comfort possibili. Il balcone è semplicemente meraviglioso e la cucina è attrezzatissima! I bagni sono comodissimi e la posizione è strategica e centralissima, vicino alla piazza principale, alla stazione treni e bus, supermercati e farmacie. Non posso che consigliare vivamente questa casa a chiunque cerchi un posto comodo e accogliente a Sorrento. Cinque stelle senza dubbio!
