위치가 좋은편이고 주차장이 조금 걸어야 했지만 편안하게 사용할수 있었어요. 나름 깨끗했고.

유럽의집 계단은 좁고무거운 짐 들고 올라가고 내려오기힘들어요.

Din pacate noi nu am avut parte de un “ propietar implicat”! Nu o sa detaliez aici, dar lipsa lui/ ei de implicare a facut ca sejurul nostru sa fie unul neplacut! Asa ca singurul lucru pozitiv pe care pot sa il scriu despre locatie, e curatenia. Impecabila!

We loved the location, the friendly and cheerful signora who was always quick to respond and went out of her way to help us, the spotless cleanliness, even the stairs, the light filled rooms and tall ceilings, the tranquility. Situated just a few steps to Corso Umberto, you are close to everything. Excellent value as well. We give it a 10 rating for both apartments.

The water jet in the shower could be more homogeneous. Right now there are very diffuse lines of water 😂

Una struttura curata, perfetta, posizione eccezionale. La gentilezza, la premura e la mai invadente disponibilità della proprietaria sono un plus che rende tutto ancora più gradevole. È stato come stare a casa propria in un delizioso ambiente e coccolati. Super super consigliato.

We stayed at A Casa ra Signurina as a family and absolutely loved it. The apartment is tucked away on a quiet street in the historic center of Modica, just a short walk from the beautiful Cathedral of San Giorgio and the main pedestrian street. The location was perfect—not only scenic and full of charm, but also close to everything we needed: cafés, restaurants, shops, and a great bakery and pizza place just around the corner. The apartment itself felt like a real home. It’s tastefully renovated, with a nice mix of traditional touches and modern comfort. We had plenty of space for the four of us, and everything was clean, functional, and thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen was well equipped, and we really appreciated the small breakfast touches waiting for us when we arrived. Communication with the host was quick and helpful from the very beginning, with clear instructions on how to find the place and where to park. This place gave us a real taste of Sicilian life, and we left with wonderful memories. We’d definitely come back and recommend A Casa ra Signurina to anyone looking for an authentic, well-located, and welcoming place to stay in Modica.

Everything was amazing, very good contact with the owner, detailed instructions how to get to the place and where to park. Two storey building with two individual apratmanets with amazing view from the balcony on the San Giorgio Duomo and surrounding baroque city. Very close to nice cafe and bakery, walkable distance to everywhere in the hearth of old Modica. Highly reccommend the visit to winery Quello Buono - truly uniqe place with amazing wine and pizza.

Balcony was a bit dirty with birds stuff - maybe was "delivered" after preparing the flat, no big deal :)

It is a lovely apartment located close to the lower centre of Modica. There are many restaurants nearby. Parking on the street is nearby though not directly in front of the property. The apartment itself is recently renovated and is a perfect base for touring the area. The bed was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet.

It is difficult to complain as we loved the property and the location. There is a table with chairs in the kitchen but we longed for a sofa at the end of the day.
